Orchestrating the building of a brick oven used make, bake, and break bread over the course of several weeks.
Secured donations from local restaurants like the Dosa Factory, Blue Frog Bakery, and Maine Grains, who supplied organic wheat berries that were milled in a handmade quern-stone on site to make the bread that was baked in the oven.
